GLIMUN (Great Lakes Invitational Model United Nations) is a conference run each year in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
GLIMUN Website This is a great conference for beginning delegates who would like to practice their skills in a more competitive setting! Date: December 4-7, 2019! We will be carpooling to the Kalamazoo Radisson Hotel from WHS, Parents volunteering to help drive are much appreciated and should contact Mrs. O'Rourke or Mrs. Wade! Students participating in the Williamston light parade will be back with enough time to participate. What to pack: Please remember to pack western business attire, warm coats and boots for heading out to meals, as well as enough funds to buy meals. One meal will be provided by Mrs. Wade and Mrs. O'Rourke on Friday night. Other Info Thursday Night at the conference will be the delegate dance and Friday night will be game night. Make sure to bring extra clothes to enjoy these delegate activities! |
